How to style your loft: welcome to my Miami loft
Hi all!
I’ve spent a fair bit of time as of late in Miami and I’ve been featuring more of the loft on Instagram and Pinterest so I figured it’s time to share details on the pieces you see. So in today’s post, we’re looking (and then shopping) some of my favorite pieces that I’ve incorporated into the loft over time.
Styling a loft
A loft is fun to decorate because you can go many ways. Some prefer a modern approach, while others go for a more industrial touch. For ours, I’ve opted for a minimalistic look.
The first picture above, done after a small update to the couch and a few other items is what the loft looks like today. I added this super fun centerpiece which is the Hermes surf board courtesy of Oliver Gal. I have so many items from them and can truly recommend them. For this very loft, the colorful artwork by the dinner table, and the Campbell Soup frame are also from them. You can use code CHRISTIE15 for 15% off your next purchase at Oliver Gal - trust me: they’re pieces are quality and make the perfect statement.
Up front on the image above, I picked a modern couch that doubles as a bed as well as it reclines fully. This one has singe been replaced, but it was super comfy! I styled it with an Hermes blanket. I’ve found a great similar over on Amazon if you don’t want to splurge.
For the dining area, I gravitated towards this white combo of modern chairs, and table.
I love books in general, and in particular, coffee table books. I feel they add great character to a space and can be conversation pieces too!
Upstairs, I have a pink chair that I LOVE. It might just be my favorite chair ever! I also added the absolute cutest palm tree light.
