Coil Ankle Strap Sandals
As soon as I saw these sandals, I immediately remember a similar pair I got about 12 years ago that were symbolic to me because they were my first purchase on my first visit to St Barths, a place that I now consider one of my "homes" per se. I've tried finding a similar pair to replace them and hadn't quite found the right pair. Until these Caila Sandals from Avec Les Filles came along!
Unique Design
I'm a big fan of their design, thanks to the Coil Ankle Strap. The coil is slightly adjustable so you can make sure you're comfortable depending on your ankle length & width. Apart from the comfort, it's practical too. You've seen - and maybe even worn - some lace up sandals that look super cute but sometimes can fall down your leg, or drive/indent into your leg if you make them too tight and you feel like they're cutting circulation. These strap around your leg and stay put!
Styling Coil Strap Sandals
Since the shoes are neutral, you can definitely have fun with colors and prints. Or you could also opt for a monochrome look (all beige or black, as those are the colors available as of now).
Chic Brunch / Shopping / Travel
Try pairing some linen shorts, fun blouse and add a hat and statement bag for a perfect Summer vacation look. If you want, swap the linen shorts for denim if you want to go for a more casual look.
